Boaz Dovrin
Boaz has 30+ years leading multidisciplinary product programs, including 17+ years managing medical device projects and R&D. His career spans from defense projects at Elbit Systems to medical devices at Philips Healthcare (CT, PET-CT), Lumenis (aesthetic laser, ultrasound), and MRI systems at Clear-Cut Medical. A strategic thinker focused on execution, he excels at delivering effective solutions to complex challenges. Boaz holds a B.Sc. in Aeronautics and Space Engineering from Technion and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.
Alon Shacham
Alon brings over 30 years of expertise in R&D management and multidisciplinary medical systems, specializing in optical and laser technologies. He led projects from concept to market at companies like Philips Medical and Lumenis. He founded and served as CEO of Laser Team Medical. Alon holds degrees in Electrical Engineering (Cum Laude), System Engineering, and Physics Education from Technion Haifa and advises the Innovation Authority of IL on medical systems.
Din Hadass
Din has 25+ years of experience in medical device and optical communication, including CEO/GM roles in digital health, robotic rehabilitation, and imaging startups, as well as R&D and marketing management positions at Philips, Lumenis, and CyOptics. He combines strategic vision and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional outcomes, with a proven track record developing innovations from feasibility to launch across global markets. Din holds an MBA from the Haifa University, an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, all Cum Laude.
Avi Mendelson
Avi Mendelson is an R&D leader with deep experience in innovation, team leadership, and global operations. He specializes in advanced imaging, medical devices, and machine learning, having led product development from concept to production. His achievements include launching solutions, setting up production lines, and driving collaborations in Asia and the U.S. With expertise in applied physics and a focus on automation and compliance, Avi is well-suited to lead in tech environments.
